Description
1, Gear operated wafer/ lug butterfly valve is composed with spur gear box and handle wafer butterfly valve, which have good flow control characteristics, only need to rotate to 90�?can the valve be open or closed.
2, When gear operated wafer/ lug butterfly valve was installed on the pipeline horizontally, the disc thickness is the only resistance force for the medium, so the pressure drop is small when the medium pass the butterfly valve port.
3, Used rubber material for gear operated wafer butterfly valve, such as PTFE, EPDM,NBR etc, which have good sealing performance for normal pressure and temperature medium, such as sewage water, potable water cooling water etc.
4, disc types : With-pin, One stem no-pin, Double stem no-pin
